APPLICATION
1. After the zipper is coated, the machines adds paints of different colors to its surface to make colorfulpaint more adherent to the zipper.
2. The machine could be used for adding finishing coat to make the zipper colorful.3. The machine could be used for lacquering metal zipper, so as to guarantee the color after plating of metalzipper won’t oxidize and discolor.
STRUCTURE AND PRINCIPLE
The plastic zipper is lacquered when a suitable temperature is met by electric heating. Automaticallydeveloped locating system is applied to guarantee zippers not scratched.
