This machine is used to coat lacquer on metal zipper teeth head, which solves the discoloring issue of metal zipper teeth head in bad environment. Bright golden and bright silvery zippers used on leather are suggested to coat lacquer on teeth head.
This machine is soldered by 3mm cold metal plate, and most of electric components are imported. The machine adopts high-temperature bearing and imported heat insulation cotton. Zippers will enter tape dividing system first, then enter teeth head lacquer system, and then oven, and finally come out for combination.

Advantages:
1- With lacquer coated on zipper teeth head, zipper teeth head discolor problem should not be worried any more.
2- This machine will iron zipper in the first cycle, and coat lacquer in the second cycle, so even the wet zippers just after plated also can be put onto this machine for lacquer coating.
3- This machine has automatic zipper combining function. The alarm will ring and machine stop working if there is connector and knot. Tension balance effectively guarantees internal tension, smooth zipper combination and make it easier to handle the connector.
4- After processed by this machine, zipper will become more flat and smooth after ironing and coating lacquer on surface.
