Advantages:
1.#3-10# plastic zipper can used on the same machine by changing the position located groove. As this part two sides have groove, so 3# and 5# can share 1pcs postion located groove by front side and back side. 8# & 10# also can share 1pcs.
2. There are standard shining light gold film, shining silver film and other colorful film. For example: rose, green, yellow and so on. The other colors can also be customized.
3. The machine’s speed is fast, and its output is as high as 300-400 m/h.
4. The films could be sealed more fully and equally as it is controlled by pressure.
5. With simple and convenient operation, the machine could be shared by different sizes of zippers.There is a fine tuning seat which could finely tune positions at its bottom.
6. The machine is safe and reliable, and its fan could turn on automatically when the machine stops,and the upper roller is still running so as to prevent the lower wheel from being burnt out.The upper roller stops when the time of automatic turnoff is up.
